Inspiration

Lalique's new eau de parfum, Soleil Lunar, stems from this duality, capturing the beautiful chiaroscuro of a powdery floral bathed in the cold mineral glow of the midnight sun.

Scent

Master perfumers Nathalie Lorson and Alexandra Monet have composed a scent that performs an enchanting dance of light and shadows, playing with electrifying opposites where spirited opulence meets sensual restraint. The fragrance opens with the effervescent sparkle of mandarin, its zesty shimmer mingled with the radiant heat of pink pepper, as if to announce the unfolding of the lush floral heart to come. Sweet magnolia gently preludes the intoxicating allure of lady of the night, a narcotic night blooming flower with spicy undertones, and an emblem of nocturnal beauty. Together in floral harmony, their seductive blooms unveil a bewitching and sensuous femininity, enriched by the warm embrace of vanilla and spice. As the scent evolves, the floral bouquet is wrapped in a powdery caress as the duo of magnified heliotrope and ambrette soften the floral richness with their tender warmth. This beautiful olfactive spectacle of colour, light and texture is balanced by the comforting embrace of the fragrance's dry down, where the woody minerality of the deep and resinous base notes introduces a bold contrast.
